Some guitar models have more than 1 pickguard, or the pickguard specs have changed over time. Most of the manufacturers do not keep a record of these changes, & it can be difficult to determine which pickguard is the correct fit for your guitar.  In this case, we need a precise tracing of your original guard to compare to our large library of machining templates so we can make the correct part to fit your guitar without drilling or cutting into the body.

If we do not have a template that matches your tracing, we would need the original pickguard off your guitar to duplicate from, even if broken, altered or warped. We fabricate the new pickguard in your choice of color or with the pickup & control cuts you want, and your old pickguard is returned to you with the new part.

TRACING INSTRUCTIONS - THERE IS A REFUNDABLE CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE
INSTRUCTIONS:  Remove the current pickguard and any controls mounted to it.   Put all the parts in a zip loc bag.  Label the contents and put them where you know you'll find them.
Lay the guard face up on a piece of plain white bond (copier or printer) paper and trace the perimeter and all cutouts, holes, routs, everything in fine line pencil detail - mechanical pencils work best.  For larger perimeter guards, it may be necessary to tape 2 pieces of paper together to get the entire image to fit within the border edge of the paper.  Its OK to fold it.  Mail in a regular business or greeting card envelope.
There is a $10.00 refundable charge for this search so please include a $10.00 bill or we will send a Paypal Invoice when we receive the tracing.
Include a print out of any image or correspondence you have ongoing regarding this guard (one printed page including your email address should suffice) and mail to us at this address.
