The Ibanez RG Family of Hard Rock Guitars was introduced in 1987 as part of the Roadstar series. This category has more models than any other Ibanez product group. We have separated out the different categories to help you find the model you need.

 

The Ibanez guitar & bass pickguards vary considerably; we often have multiple templates for the same model. For example, on the Roadstar Bass from the mid 1980s, we have over 3 dozen variations!  This is why you can see Ibanez pickuards of the same model with different part numbers. Sometimes we can tell by a photo of the guitar with the guard on it if we have the template; otherwise we need a  precise tracing or the original pickuard to work from if you need an exact fit.
